# What is Jam Galaxy?

The Jam Galaxy ecosystem consists of two core components: the Jam Galaxy Network and Jam Music. The former, our low-latency audio network (DePIN) enables real-time, studio-quality music collaboration, with a usage-based monetization model as its primary revenue channel. While initially focused on music creation, the network's applications extend to any digital communication requiring fast audio transmission, including online education, gaming, live streaming, broadcasting, and collaborative work environments.<br>

The Jam Galaxy Network's infrastructure has been specifically optimized for significant latency reduction, making its proprietary tech stack valuable for other decentralized projects where rapid and stable data transfer is essential.<br>

This whitepaper details the current limitations in digital audio collaboration, our technical solution, and its implementation. We also demonstrate how our platform and network create a sustainable ecosystem benefiting both musicians and listeners.
