Our ERC20 $SOUND token, initially launched on Ethereum and Base, provides versatile utility within the ecosystem. It powers the Jam Galaxy Network, enabling node operators to run the nodes and get rewarded for their contributions. Additionally, $SOUND acts as a medium of value for interactions among all stakeholders, including artists, music fans, node operators, the Jam Galaxy Platform, the Jam Galaxy Network, and third parties using the network's bandwidth for their apps (or dApps).

Key token utility of $SOUND:

Staking & Network Access: Node operators are required to stake $SOUND to participate in running the Jam Galaxy Network and earn $SOUND rewards. Users of the Jam Galaxy Platform can also stake $SOUND to receive credits for using products and services on the platform, receiving more credits than through fiat subscriptions. Staking $SOUND also unlocks access to premium features and activations on the platform.
Payments & Discounts: Users can opt to pay with $SOUND tokens for platform services, premium features, and digital assets with discounted rates compared to fiat payments. Users enjoy lower transaction fees, exclusive access to premium features and seamless transactions across the platform.
Medium of Value: $SOUND serves as a medium of value. Fiat is converted into $SOUND when users purchase credits on the Jam Galaxy Platform or when clients pay for bandwidth used by their apps (or dApps) on the Jam Galaxy Network.
