# How to Report Bugs

1. **Check our** [**FAQ**](https://docs.jamgalaxy.com/jam-music/guide/spaces/wbmmHCvUklxXdgR04njm/pages/MfusBkQe5IjeJqJ7mDLj#id-3.-i-ran-out-of-credits)**. There might already be a solution to your problem.**
2. **Open your report:** Use the [bug reporting form.](https://forms.clickup.com/9004126001/f/8cb03th-9654/QXE6ELAZ4SUXARMRC1)​
3. **Include screenshots or videos (if possible):** Visual evidence can be helpful in identifying the cause of the problem.
4. **Note the steps to reproduce the bug:** Clearly describe what you were doing when the issue occurred.
5.  **Submit.**
